Nutrition Consultation

We provide personalised nutrition plans and dietary guidance based on individual health assessments. Plans are created by certified nutrition professionals and are tailored to your stated goals and health background.

Wellness Coaching

Our coaching service offers 1-on-1 support for sustainable lifestyle change, including goal setting, habit building, and ongoing accountability. Coaching sessions are conducted online or in person as agreed at the time of booking.

Antioxidant Wellness Drinks

We sell premium antioxidant beverages formulated with natural ingredients. Products are described accurately on our website and are subject to availability.

Not a Medical Service

MQ Ideas provides wellness and nutrition guidance — not medical diagnosis or treatment. Our services are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor or healthcare professional. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your physician before beginning any wellness programme.

Individual Results

Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including consistency, lifestyle, and individual health. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from our services or products.

Scheduling

Consultation appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking and any applicable payment. Please arrive or join online sessions on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order for wellness drinks or other products, you will receive an email confirmation. This constitutes acceptance of your order.

Shipping

We ship to the UAE, and other listed countries. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products — which are consumable liquid wellness drinks — we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mqideas.com with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

Accepted Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout.

Billing

For consultation packages or coaching programmes, payment is required in full or according to the instalment plan agreed at the time of purchase.

Our Content

All content on the MQ Ideas website — including text, graphics, logos, meal plans, and coaching materials — is the intellectual property of MQ Ideas. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

Your Wellness Plans

Personalised plans created for you are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed to others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MQ Ideas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
